How long does delivery take in the UK?

UK delivery takes 24-48 hours on average. Via Royal Mail 24 Tracked service.

Do you ship Internationally?

Where is my order shipped from?

Your order will be shipped form our warehouse in London, UK.

I made a mistake with my address. What can I do?

Please head over to our contact uspage as soon as possible to let us know of the mistake. 


We may be able to help!If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us and also let the courier know that you need to update your address.  

What happens if I don't receive my order?

In the rare case you have an issue with delivery, please fill out the form on our contact us page. Our team will do all they can to help solve this problem for you.

Returns Policy


Can I exchange for a different Size?

Yes you can exchange your order for a different colour or size. 


- Returns postage is paid by the customer.

- It can take up to 5-10 working days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed. 

Can I return my order?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.


As long as the product has not been used or engraved, we will process a full refund once the return has been received at our warehouse.


Buyer pays return postage unless there is a manufacturer defect


Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

Absolutely! We can provide co-branding on all of our products here at Illuminated Apparel. Minimum orders here start at 100 units.
