Email us at info@illuminatedapparel.co.uk with any issues within the first 14 days and provide us with pictures if there is something wrong with your product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size please contact customer service.
Returns Policy
- Product/s must be returned with its original packaging, with tags, and invoice, otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
-You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase
-Buyer pays return postage unless there is a manufacturer defect

2. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours and will issue you with instructions for returns.
3. Please return with a note included, with order number and name.
4. Your order with be refunded or exchanged once received.
